Anthro / Digital Media / Drawings

This is my new character for #Federation-of-Evil or F.O.E. Because I like making new characters and NOONE CAN STOP ME. And I thought it'd be funny to have a character with way more fluff than his testosterone induced body should have. And yes that fluff collar is his fur.

Anyways, he's like...an anthro manticore, cuz i like me some manticores. And I'm pretty sure his innards are blue and probably toxic/acidic. He's kinda more chaotic evil than strategically minded, but probably more on the powerhouse spectrum. And every evil organization needs a powerhouse to beat up goodie-goodies AMIRIGHT?!

UM god i used the default photoshop brush "Airbrush Pen Opacity Flow" and then added a texture on overlay at about ohhh 20-30% which gave it a nice painterly look :>
