OC appreciation - Melliek

OC Month: It was determined by that this month(March) would be OC appreciation Month, in which you draw your favorite OC. Because OC's need some lovein too! Personally I'm drawing these appreciations for people that I watch/know, it's more comfortable to me(because i like knowing i'm drawing for someone that isn't a jerkoff) and I feel it's closer. Sooo I'm kinda DOING IT WRONG but that's okie :>

Who For/And Why: Melly has always been not only a great friend, but also a great inspiration to me and many other people. Always cheerful and happy, whenever I talk to her, plus she's fun to gush with Art wise, she was one of my art heroes when I first met her, and even now, while she doesn't draw much character art, she does graphic work and that inspires me SOOOOoooo much. Plus did you know she does jewelry???

Bout the Picture: SO. I choose Melliek because, well...forever and a day that was Mellychu's main character, and I didn't wanna draw just the actual Melly(not so much an OC now is it lol) and I must say. MELLIEK. IS REALLY HARD TO DRAW :{ The pose is a bit odd, It was gonna be more forced perspective of her standing, but that didn't work, so I changed it to this and it works monbetters. But still possibly off I unno. I don't care. THIS ISN'T. FOR YOU. As for what she's doing...iunno :< POSSIBLY TRYING TO LOOK SCARYMEAN. BUT SHE ISN'T. Cuz everyone loves a Melly!
